"Had a case where i was involved, i called to just ask for information and the attorney assigned to my case was extremely rude and refused to send me any information as i was representing myself. I believe it was ken ward but i am unsure. Whether i was in the wrong or right he was rude disrespectful and unhelpful. I requested in writing and over the phone several times to resend me the complaint as whoever put it together didnt prepare it correctly and i was missing several pages, his response was rudely stating i hired someone and have never had this happen before i dont believe you didnt get the complaint. All around a rude person when i was simply trying to help the case get settled smoothly and swiftly, but they tried to motion for default closing of the case when i submitted my pages a day before the due date... Was simply trying scam money in my opinion especially when my case had 0 evidence whatsoever and i was not in the wrong. Case has been closed and for good reasons lack of any sufficient evidence and they knew it from the start but insisted on opening a case."
