"Great Experience Turned REALLY SOUR :( Walked to this store from my office on lunch break on Thursday, Aug 16th. Very nice and personable lady took care of me. They did not have the JUUL which is what I wanted, but she was kind and I wanted a vape to use that night because I was quitting cigs. She set me up with a battery and a tank and some menthol liquid. Since I had a few cigs left and the battery needed charging anyway, I plugged it in to charge it up at work. When it was charged, I tried to attach the tank to the battery but they weren't made for each other. Ok. It was a mistake. No biggie. I walked back there after work and an elderly woman was on duty. I showed her my receipt, explained what happened and she happily set me up with a smaller battery that fits the tank (I made sure - lol) and she GAVE me a new charger to bring the value up to what I spent earlier. Got home and plugged in the battery to charge it. An hour later, the charger sparked and started smoking and melting. I decided I wanted to get my money back and go somewhere else. Went back to the store today and the original associate who helped me was there. Happy to see me and welcomed me back. BUUUUT....There was yet another employee with her. A haggard looking woman...kinda scary. Anyway, I explained that the battery and tank she sold me didn't match but that I took care of that. Also explained about the sparking and melting charger and that I wanted a refund so I could be done with the whole experience. Then the haggard-one jumped in and said in a hostile tone, "there are no refunds! Store Credit only!" Okay. I don't want to fight over 35 bucks and the refund policy IS printed on the receipt so I'm out of luck on that one. Fine. I can take my lumps of being too trusting and not asking enough questions before swiping my credit card. Here's a question for all you consumers out there...if you were a retail clerk in a store and your refund policy is printed on every receipt, do you really think you need to be nasty to people who ask for a refund? All I said was I want a refund and she got angry. There were two employees against one CUSTOMER in THEIR store and she is going to get hostile at my simple request for a refund? I wasn't yelling or even upset about the situation. Because of their incompetence, I had to return TWICE to get what I paid for but that didn't seem to register in haggard-one's brain. Beware shoppers! The haggard-one doesn't like to HEAR about a customer's dissatisfaction. Guess they don't need new customers. Never shopping here again!"
