"If i could rate no stars, I would. I had to make a claim for myself because I was involved in a hit and run by an individual whom I could blast her name on here, but I won't. Karma will do enough justice soon enough. Anyhow, she has this insurance company. My claim was AUTOMATICALLY denied because the adjuaters exact words, "Your words do not match up with my clients' story, so we can not accept the claim and will not be caring for your damages". The last time I checked, that's not how business is done correctly. Of course, the other person that HIT US is going to say the exact opposite. Insurance is a joke anyways and we have to pay to have it. For what? To pay for the tag on our vehicle pretty much. That was told to me by a National General Rep. I'm just glad myself and my one month old newborn were okay. Because otherwise, we wouldn't have been protected no matter what. Shame to the individuals who think they are invincible and can do whatever they choose, like crash their vehicle into yours and decide not to return to the scene of the accident. The post to search for her made it to the Middleburg Crime page, and she was found. She is still driving around, and her damage is already fixed. Imagine that. Yet, I can not open my doors from being jammed. Just be careful out there. No one is watching out for you."
