"This is a my second review... Once again I have been ghosted by this insurance company. I was re-ended back in 2022 by a commercial vehicle insured by Ascendant. I have been fighting every since to get things fixed. Currently, I am waiting to be reimbursed $3000 for the rental car. I was assured multiple times that I would be reimbursed. I have multiple emails confirming this... It has been 3 months and I have not received a dime. I have had no choice but to reach out to a lawyer."
