"Terrible experience. Cashed retainer immediately and provided no service for four months. Did not respond to phone calls or emails. When I would call he was always “busy” and “would call me back” which he never did. Gave every excuse in the book, including he had emergency cases that were basically more important then mine, never asked for any documents to even get the probate to move forward. His legal assistants are very incompetent as well and when questioned of what they did for four months responded very rudely and their only solution was to refund the retainer. Four months lost and multiple families left hanging, didn’t even get an apology."

"Google reviews is actually how I found Copeland Law. I reside in Ohio and needed help with a custody "battle" in Jacksonville. Copeland was one of 3 attorney offices I reached out to based on the reviews.
