Ponte Vedra Smoke and Vape

"What needs to be said? The guy behind the counter is here in the comments leaving himself positive reviews. They overcharge compared to other vape stores and they sell knock off vapes. The fumes especially are utter trash and last maybe two days if you’re lucky. His employees chain smoke inside and the whole place reeks. There’s nothing I love more than terrible customer service and marked up fake products. Save yourself the headache and drive to a vape store in Jax beach because these guys are con artists."

"This is a new store in Ponte Vedra Beach. It's nice to finally have a smoke and vape shop in the area. Before you had to go all the way to Jacksonville Beach. The shop is new and has a ton of accessories. They have accessories that most shops will not sell. Do not assume this shop does not have it. We were in the store for a bit before asking for help. We were the only ones there but the clerk was friendly enough when we asked for help."

"Horrible customer service when I walked in as far as helpfulness. I felt like just another sale, but more importantly, I think they are reusing product possibly because, I purchased the Fume infinity and four days later it didn’t work. When I called and asked to exchange it because my last one lasted over a month, the gentleman said I could purchase a new one, try it in front of him and exchange it at that time if there was an issue but couldn’t exchange this one. Obviously, if that one didn’t work in a few days I’d have no recourse just like now because it did last a few days. Which brings me to the point of reusing vapes. If I’m wrong, I apologize but, that’s my only logical conclusion with this company."

"I bought a Fume infinity just now. He asked me if I wanted to try it before I left the store . I did immediately I realized it had no flavor whatsoever. I told the guy it was a dud , he said he could exchange it if it worked, then got mad at me like it was my fault and said we don’t get refunded for broken ones, I told him Fume will refund he handed me one and said he wasn’t doing it again. The second one was a dud too. I had to eat the costs"
