"The customer service is horrible!! My insurance lapsed so I call them to reinstate or get another insurance policy, I tell them specifically that I'm calling to get an insurance policy because mine that I had with them lapsed and the lady immediately started telling me "honey I called you several times and you don't pick up the phone!!!! I have every note here from when I called you!" Ok first of all, I work 10-12 hours every day except for Sunday so I can never answer the phone during regular business hours. But I respond to ALL my voicemails. I simply asked her if she left a voicemail. She said "NO, I don't leave no voicemail!" LOL incredible, the simplicity of leaving a voicemail to ensure a call back has completely gone over this companies oversight. I am so appalled that the lady would come at me so strong and demeaning having no idea what could of been the reason for the lapse. No consideration, or second thought to just get me another insurance policy, I mean after all isn't that what insurance agents get paid to do? To sell policies and not talk down to customers that insurance lapsed. I wouldn't suggest this company to no one. Buyer beware!"
