"This vape shop has no regard for customer service. This Nissan the first review I have ever written. I shop here several times a week, I am an avid smoker and buy all my goods here less than a mile from my home. I purchased an $18 lighter that will not accept fuel, leaks and has a 1/3 of the original flame. I didn't expect a refund, just a bit of reasonable treatment. A trade with a discount would have been fine. The owner is a seemingly nice guy. Have chit chatted with him and his son many times. It's not the customers fault he chooses to sell cheap garbage products. I would make an educated guess that his cost is around 50% , if not this survey will not be the downfall of his business, his purchasing power will be. I simply can't believe I have wasted this much of my time..... I guess that $9 profit is far more important than the weekly profits from now on... good bye Smoke-N-Vape..."
