"My parents have been with this insurance broker for 10+ years and they recently had an incident that starts in August of 2020. My mother had told them to REMOVE my oldest sister from their insurance plan. She called first and then they told her to go in person which is what she did. They “removed” my sister but the insurance rate was still high. They had informed my mother that it was still going to be high because of the car accident my sister was in. Fast forward to August 2021 when my mother’s insurance was about to expire. She was shopping around for a more affordable prices with the same broker. Maria informed her that the insurance was STILL going to be high until November of 2022 because of the accident my sister was in. She didn’t understand why my sister’s driving history was still affecting my mom when my sister was “no longer” on the insurance policy. My mother then decided to call the insurance company directly and they informed her that my sister was never REMOVED but was ONLY EXCLUDED from the policy. EXCLUDED means that you are on the policy as an uninsured driver and then REMOVED means that you are completely removed from the whole policy itself. We were very upset that they lied to us when my mother requested them to remove my sister from the policy but instead she was just excluded. For a whole year my mother paid $200+ more on her insurance policy. Which during the pandemic $200 was a lot. We have called them to refund my mother the money back but they deny the claims and said that they did nothing wrong. They told her that there was nothing that they could do. My parents will no longer be going back to this place nor referring people to this place. It is very disappointing and saddening that they would do this to my parents because they trusted them. They took advantage of my mother knowing she is predominately a Spanish speaker and assumed that she wouldn’t call the main insurance company."

"I really enjoy working with this place, if I ever forget that my payments coming up due, I always get a courtesy call. It's just insurance for my insurance. Always very nice, and if there's ever a better policy when mine's about to end they let me know before I renew."
