"I went in to purchase a one-hitter, but the pipe had a defect. The paint was chipping off just by rinsing it with water. I went back to return the item, and Sylvia, the staff member, was very straightforward about their no-refund or return policy. I was clueless since I didn't see the sign. She said it was on the receipt, which I never received, but that's on me for not asking for one. Anyway, she was very nice and was able to exchange the pipe for another one. Just be aware of their no-return/exchange policy. Overall, Sylvia was a bit cold at the beginning, but after just having a conversation with her, she's actually pretty cool to talk to, we were able to compromise on the pipe issue. Thanks again!"

"Literally walked in to buy some incense and the lady behind the counter almost had a panic attack because my daughter is with me and said we had leave cause she can’t have minors in the store. Clearly, she doesn’t understand the laws. Minors can go in they just can’t purchase as per Florida law . Won’t be back there are wayyyyyy better smokeshops with more incense anyway - super empty and they just lost another custome r"

"The woman at the register is extremely rude, unwelcoming and has horrible customer service. I've been there several times to give her the benefit of the doubt, since we are all entitled to having a bad day. However, her attitude remains the same. Save your money and take it elsewhere. Will not be returning."

"The dark hair lady is extremely rude, no manners, unhelpful, definitely not a friendly face to walk into the store to. She clearly hates her job so maybe she should find a new one.
