"Customer service here is always nice and friendly but 2 out of 3 times when I go and they are supposed to be open (and the sign at the store; plus google maps say OPEN) they are not and that is disappointing. I already spend the time to go once. Who has time to go back a second one? I’d give it a 5 stars review if it wasn’t for that because it’s always a nice interaction with the attendant and quality service is what makes people come back anywhere. But who likes to waste the time and not get what they went to buy? I hope that improves, I like that store."

"Customer service above and beyond the average shop! Called them to see if they had a product in stock. It was close to closing for the evening. He said they had the item and will wait to close until I got there! Now that is something special! Thanks again Dave"

If you need any glassware, papers, rolls, wraps, or any other smoking need, They have it here if you get a chance to catch them when they are open. Their hours of operation is not reliable, I've been outside the shop for an hour now and no one is here.."

"I went to buy juul pods, and they’re clearly fake the packaging is off and the pods leak/taste so weird... I thought buying from a smoke shop would be safe but honestly I was wrong. I paid $21 for me and my sister, after trying one and realizing it was fake I called to see if my sister could return hers since it wasn’t open and they said I couldn’t return it. Honestly upset and won’t be coming back here."
