"Nothing but a bunch of scammers here they sell cheap counterfeit knock off merchandise from China that is poor quality. The employee at the shop sold me these carts , he said they were the real deal and were better than the ones I buy at the dispensary. He advertised to me if I spent over 100 he would give me them at bulk price so I took his word. But I tried one and it was awful and turned out to be one synthetic knockoffs you can literally feel the chemicals after each hit. He said it was the real deal but all it gave me was a real headache unfortunately. So I asked for a refund I told him I’ll buy the one I tried but needed money back for the rest. The employee told me he can’t issue a refund because he not the owner and he won’t be back until later. I told explained to him that I live in the next county and I was just down here visiting family and if he can call his boss. The employee Then made a call speaking in a foreign language that sounding similar to a scam likely call . Then he told me I have to wait until 9pm at night that when his boss will arrive even though I told him I live in the next county several miles away. So I that moment I just decided to eat the loss and continue with my day because I no things can get ugly at 9pm at night in Miami. I do not recommend this smoke shop to anyone not even my worst enemy false advertising is wrong and dangerous and unprofessional in many ways . Hope my review can make a difference and let these bad business people no it is wrong and not ok"
