"If I can give this attorney office zero stars I would. Let me just start with saying this attorney office does not work with professionalism nor have any ethics in short word is like making a deal with a bunch of thief’s. I had an accident about two years ago with my finance and mother in law every time i call to check my status on the case it’s always the same excuse to wait 45 days. It’s been months since I was told that . I try to make an appointment with Raphael he never reach out back. After months that my mother in law was sending email everyday telling them how unprofessional the office works, In December we got an email saying to come to the office to sign paperwork in which of course we all went. As we waited in the office the front desk lady walks towards a attorney that was at the office and says that the person on the phone is calling to speaks to Raphael about the case in which the attorney proceeded to say tell the person he’s not here when he was. I gave a look to the attorney as he was lying, and the attorney then close the door. I can’t imagine how many people they have took advantage off. After that appointment I been trying to get a hold of Raphael no response from him. I spoke to my insurance , and this office has been collecting money the entire time I will be reporting the office to the Fl Bar of Attorney’s, and the BBB. Thief’s and Scammers"
