"Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I purchased a defected Lost Mary vape yesterday that wouldn’t charge. I tried to explain this to the very rude “ manager on duty “ just a moment ago and he literally wouldn’t let me get a sentence out before he would interrupt and talk over me. He then claimed he had a customer and had to hung up on me, another paying customer. As if one customer is more important than another ? I told him I would be leaving a bad review and he said he didn’t care. These guys sell products that are easily available everywhere. But with their rude attitude and horrible customer service I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere . I just moved close by and purchase 1-3 vapes plus other smoking products weekly and I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere."
