"They placed a blue tarp on my roof, they put it incorrectly, it flew off, they came back to “fix it” and later it flew off again. They blatantly told us they would not come to fix it again. We ended up pulling it off because it was causing more damage. They were unprofessional throughout the whole process. Hard to reach, condescending, Lowball offers and they complicate every step. If you want a good experience, choose another place. Also i’m pretty sure the positive reviews are fake."

"I have been trying to work with these people for over a year. They have sent people to my property to do the same inspections and installation of equipment due to mold and nothing has concluded a year later. Yes I too have a tarp on my roof with more damage happening from all the rain and storms that happened all summer long. I have been calling them every other month or so and every time I speak to someone that sounds like they know nothing and give me the same run around that in a few weeks they will be contacting me. My case manager has been Katherine and every time I call for her she’s in meetings. Asked many times to speak to her supervisor to only be put with someone that sounds much less experienced and have no clue or idea of anything going on with the case. Promising a call back again in a few weeks! The last I heard from them was back in August and because I called again. They stated that my case had to go to litigation and that they would contact me in about 3 weeks and here I am at the end of Oct. and only now I get a certified letter that they have been trying to reach me. Let me just say that when it was time to initiate the case if they called and I didn’t answer they would leave a voicemail or text me. Not sure why I have no missed call, no voicemail much less a text from them. Hey an email even as I have communicated with them via email as well. My address, email nor my telephone number has changed so how is it that all of a sudden I don’t get a call but got a letter that you are attempting to contact me. They are liars and I wish I wasn’t this far into this claim!"
