"Unfortunately run by young cigar nerds who’d rather loiter and smoke at a discount than actually work. Some of the staff hangs around chit-chatting with regulars while you wait at the register. Then they gossip about those same customers they were speaking to as soon as they leave. Other reviewers have mentioned this. (I must adjust my review and go up to 3 stars due to the service provided by the manager, Rene. He takes the time to help you find what you’re looking for instead of pushing stock. This is good salesmanship and it’s always appreciated.)"

"last week I stopped by Neptune and it was the first time shopping for my own cigar, I’ve usually only smoked what my family and friends have given to me so I was not sure what I was looking for. Lucky for me Joe attended me and was very patient and helped me pick out a cigar for me to enjoy when my daughter was born. His recommendation was spot on what I was looking for in a cigar. Because of the pleasant experience I decided to visit again and pick up a couple cigars to enjoy for my birthday today and for this weekend. Joe was working again today and he asked me how I enjoyed the cigar last week and made some new recommendations for me to try. He also helped me register as a member so I can keep track of the different cigars I’ve tried and to collect reward points. Super happy with the service Joe provided. And the location is beautiful with plenty of options."
