"Very disappointed I shop here all the time. I ran late from work here. Guy saw me pull up through the window. I get off sign says opened. He walked to the back and ignored me completely. Truly lost a loyal client today. No you are not sorry! The guy saw me pull up through the window and the open sign was on. This is why I got off the car. When he saw I got off he walked to the back and ignored me. ThisE is why I’m upset. He could’ve waved that you’re closed before I got off the car. Had it been Alexis or the girl that always attends me they’d smiled my way and told me they’re closed. Who ever that was there that night is disrespectful for doing what he did. People spend good money here and deserve the least bit of respect to just say you’re closed. THE OPEN LIGHT WAS ON! I spend weekly here over $100 that’s about $4800 a year. It’s ridiculous you’d make excuses. The lights were on, your OPEN light was on and there was someone in the counter. Doesn’t cost much to just say you’re closed. I was a regular here would come various times a week."
