"Strock, Cohen & Zipper are the utmost professionals and get the legal work and closings done timely, correctly and with no drama. I have been a realtor for upwards of 20 years in Weston and never do I question their work, they add value at every step and get the work closed. We have closed easy transactions to ones where other title companies thought they would not - and they did!
