"Dellinger-Crep is great to work with: When I moved to Florida in 2019 I moved all my Policies. Dellinger-Crep was able to save me substantial money on my Car Insurance and also provide excellent Homeowners etc.... Fast Forward to 2022 when UPC announced they are leaving Florida: Once again I reached out to the agency and the initial quotes we got for replacements where not great and I was advised to wait until closer to my policy expiration. A couple of days later Debbie reached out proactively with a new quote and that was much better and had me switched to a new carrier the same day. Once again in late 2022 my Auto Insurance renewal quote was significantly increased with no accident or claims on my end... The agency came to my 'rescue' again and found a new carrier with a much better rate.... Excellent and proactive service - could not be happier!"

"Everything they told me at the time I purchased the Insurance was a lie. They will tell you anything to get you to buy the insurance. Then when you call to cancel they say you have to tell them who you are buying Insurance from before they can cancel the Insurance . Now I have sold my home and and called to cancel the flood insurance and now they are saying they need the closing statement before they can cancel. I plan to buy another home in the Fort Myers area but I can assure you that Brightway will never get a call. I will go without insurance before ever going to Brightway"

"DO NOT USE THIS AGENT. My Insurance company went out of business and they took over two months to get me default state insurance (Citizens). They let my insurance get cancelled without getting me another insurance company before hand. Agent was in by 10 and gone by 3:30, knowing I had no insurance during hurricane season. Constantly making mistakes and misinformation, I finally went with another agent and in 2 days I was insured by a real insurance company. My mortgage company is also charging me for time I didn't have insurance. So I'm out $1,000. They also Issued me without my knowledge. I asked them to cancel policy with Citizen's that I already had insurance, but they never emailed me the Cancel form, they said they would send. So I did it through the Citizen's website. They should not be in business or at least read "How to be an Agent for Dummies" Thank you, Brightway!"

"I needed a new policy for a home I am purchasing. Got a referral to Tonya Smith at Brightway from current owner of the home. Left messages once per day and did not get the courtesy of a return phone call. Evidently they are not interested in new business. Took my business elsewhere."
