"This is one of my favorite Vape shops to go to. The customer service here is amazing. The first time I went in, the owner of the store was so kind to me. They have great prices and options. They were out of a flavor that I love and when I told the manager, he looked it up and he told me he would go and order it for me. Low and behold, a week later he actually ordered my specific disposable vape. If you live in the area, please go to this Vape shop. They have everything from disposable vapes, juices, and great prices. And I literally never leave reviews for places. This is one of the only times that I have done this. That is how much I love the store."

"A well-organized and very clean shop that’s filled with a wide variety of hookahs, beautiful and unique glass pieces, endless flavors and some of the best customer service around! Sydnee is a treasure and patiently shared her knowledge on the many varieties I was looking at. After listening to my preferences, her suggestion for me was exactly what I was looking for!!! She’s a rare sales person because she actually listened, explained and assisted me without ever making me feel rushed or forced to purchase anything. I will definitely be a repeat customer because of her excellent service! They also carry a large beer and wine selection as well as regular cigarettes, cigars, lighters and papers. As an added bonus, they’re also a Lotto retailer with a large selection of scratch offs to choose from. Five Stars for Service and Variety! 3 stars for being hard to find because they don’t have a sign above - just pass the DD, IHOP and gas station and they’re on the southwest corner of Sample and just before Holiday Springs/Woodside."

"Went to make a purchase and simply ask the guy at the counter a question, he immediately responded with an attitude. I'm a paying customer I ask very politely and he had a attitude the whole time so i put everything back and left. Just to be clear it was the big Indian guy, I don't want the good people that works there to get a bad rep. Update In response to owner comments. I posted this review over 3 months ago. You must be confused I never asked for a discount, I just wanted some information on a product. You were rude from the start and I will never spend money at your store. FYI before you respond to something make sure you have your facts straight and do it within an appropriate timeline."

"Don't waste your time with this place. Either the normal person wasn't there,they don't know their product line, or they will say anything to get you in their shop. Messaged them to see if they had a replacement glass for my prince. They said yes, got there and they tried to make me purchase a complete new atomizer. My usual stop is closer to home but thought i'd give this place a chance. Big mistake."

"The guy that assisted me was very VERY rude i called to ask if they had a particular product and the guy told me they did. When i asked if he can tell me what the prices range from for the products he rudely said "IDK, IDK they range". I then asked if they have it in stock at the moment and what time they close. The guy hung up the phone on me. I called back and told him he hung up on me when i asked him for the time they will be closing today and he very rudely replied "930!". This was sunday july 21st 2019 at 8:30pm."
