"Don’t come to this store, they sell broken items and then when you inquire they just tell you they can’t do anything. You ask for a manager’s information or owner and they won’t give it to you. You’ll be expecting the owner’s call for days and it never happens . I’ve just wasted my money and time . Horrible"

"I was there today at 2:33pm to buy an Elf Bar vape for $18. I’ve been going to the store for years now, I’ve spent over $1k dollars on Kratom just at this store over the years. When I got home today, I realized I had been sold a dud bar. It did not work at all. So I walk back to the store to get one that did work. This has happened to me in the past, and they have normally always been able to help me, but today I went, supposedly the owners daughter was there as the cashier, I come back and tell her that I just bought this and it does not work, I need one that does. She informs me that she told me before I left that I needed to test it in store before leaving to be able to exchange it, and since I didn’t, I cannot. Thing is, she never told me this. I even asked her to please pull the surveillance footage of the interaction, and if she was right and did tell me, ok then. But she refused to, and they essentially just robbed me of my $18. It’s not the money or the vape. It’s the principle. I have been a buyer from this store for over 5 years. And because of someone not wanting to help me out by just proving to me something, because I just wasted my money on a dud, am told I can’t help you, this store has lost me as a customer for life. If you ever go there, there’s a girl with curly hair in the afternoon. Avoid buying while she’s there. She does not know how to conduct business. I am highly disappointed in this situation. They sell defective products. Just go to Smoke City down the street on 47th and 183rd. At least THEY treat you like people there."

"Kiary is the only reason I come to this smoke shop because it’s not even the closest to my house. They have a great selection of products in the store and Kiary is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She is literally a ray of sunshine and Smokora will have my business for as long as she is there."

"Place is nice. The young ladies that always work there are always super nice. However be careful if you have any of the gentlemen assisting you. I've been buying there for years and every single time any of them is at the register, the items that I normally buy for a certain price all the sudden go up. I asked the gentleman with the glasses as to why such a rate bump and he told me that if I buy more, I'll get a discount on this item. I came in a couple of weeks later to do my purchase and one of the young ladies were helping me. I asked her if there is a discount for buying the item in bulk and she told me no and the price for the item that I was purchasing magically went back to normal. I'm going to continue coming here but when I see any of the two gentlemen at the register, I just bust a quick u-turn"
