James, one of the staff there was super friendly and patient, making sure I found everything I needed. My elderly parents are new to CBD and James took the time to make sure they were comfortable with the product, giving them all the info they wanted before purchasing. One particular staff member, James, has always helped me with choices on cigars and products, and they even hand out samples from time to time.
