"If I were able to leave 0 stars I would. terrible communication from day 1. my distaste for this firm consists of the following: lack of urgency to respond to emails, takes weeks to file documents and motions, I constantly have to check in to see if they are filling paperwork (which they were not), Documents are filed without knowledge or review from clients, cannot get ahold of my former attorney Tim Mccan without setting up a phone appointment, lack of case updates, lets retainer run into the negative then surprises me with outstanding balance near 2K when contract states clients are notifies when retainer meets low threshold. highly would not recommend."
