"Cannot recommend this title company. I am doing a real estate transaction maybe once in a decade and had questions about the documents to sign. They told me "it's not in the scope of their work" and I would have to hire a lawyer if I needed this explained."

"Do not do business with them if you can avoid it. Anne Borovsky, their Real Estate Assistant is rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. We closed on our house with the Big W Law Firm because they were chosen by the sellers. We were out of state so it would not be a face to face closing. I left several messages to try and clarify the process. Once she finally found the time to contact me with a call back she was short and assumed I knew exactly what to do. When I asked her if she even listened to my voicemails she hung up and refused to take my calls! I was never rude or used profanity towards her. I was not happy but I was professional. That was just the start. Anne made multiple errors in the closing documents that were discovered by my realtor and they had to be rewritten. Then she made more errors in the closing document that were discover by my lenders the day before closing, so they had to be rewritten again. This caused us to close late on our home. Please realize that EVERYONE involved could not believe how bad this woman is at her job. I intentionally waited over 60 days to write this review so it was measured and not angry. If someone tries to get you to use the Big W to close on your home you should insist they pick a different agency. Any management that allows this is just after your money. Kevin Devoy"

"The attorney's may be good here, I haven't had the pleasure. However, their assistant Anne Borovsky is quite possibly the rudest human I have ever came in contact with. I would be absolutely ashamed to call her my assistant and I 100% would not allow her to interact with customers/companies, or anyone for that matter. I am horrified people like her have customer service positions."

"The attorneys at this firm might be amazing, but their title agency department is useless. Tami Dalagaard is the most incompetent, unhelpful title agent I have ever dealt with and as an insurance agency owner I have dealt with hundreds. For a new closing she mailed a home insurance check via snail mail ( it is customary that title agencies use FED EX or UPS to have the ability to track) and the check ended up at a health management company and they ended up cashing it. After going back and forth with Tami with no resolution, this was the last sentence in her email. "There is nothing further we can do and this will be our last communication regarding this topic" Really? I called their bank and the bank manager said all Tami has to do is call them and fill out a form and they would research and get the money back. Very easy process that she was unwilling to do until I pressured the firms manager ( Allison) to help out. A complaint to the department of financial services has been filed and the client still does not have her money back. I would think twice before using this firm for any closings so you do not end up with a similar issue."
