"Be very aware before signing a contract. The first line states "at ESOCF we value, price, and sell ... By law they would still meet the contract by pricing one item. Sadly they do not follow the guidelines of most professional estate sale companies by looking up the value or price the Majority of items to sell. They hold no accountability such as making a sales slip with description and carbon copy for your records. You are at the mercy of people such as Sharron. As she walked around taking pictures, she personally told me she isn't knowledgeable of valuing items and Russ was in charge of that job. But, she was the one taking money for unmarked items and making up prices as my friends came to the check out table to pay. Note to the wise, write down instructions and have them sign it . I told them where to park, they didn't remember. I told them nothing outside was to be sold except a trailer, they sold many items in my parents yard such as an iron bench, even my half empty bag of fertilizer stating I never said that and only said no brick are to be sold. I had strangers hold items and say to me , "do these people not know what the value of this really is?" I am a realist, I have had an antique and collectable booth for many years. I removed interior doors and staged the entire house, giving them time to "value and sell". Pictures reflect this taken by me before meeting them. I never expected top dollar for items. I received an envelope with letters from at least 6 others, 2 days after the estate sale. They had used this company and wanted to tell me they were sorry and told of their negative experiences. I was not able to cancel the sale when I texted Sharron 24 hours before the sale an asked about how few things had been priced. Quoting the message "Russ and I feel we priced what we needed to.. And we will price what needs to be priced at the register.". I don't go shopping and put stuff in my shopping cart unless I know what it cost! Only 2 people were working inside and 1 worker in the garage/ driveway. Reminder!!!! The contract states they get 2500.00 plus any monies and time put into the sale IF YOU CANCEL. This review is not emotionally motivated. I waited to post this 3+ months after the estate sale. I'm sure they will have excuses and state that I got a check. I did receive a check. Yes, just a check. I have no idea what sold for what since there is no paper trail. I contacted other estate companies and it was disturbing to them to find out there is no paper trail. I gave a one star because they did show up . They may be very honest, and do a good job if you want yard sale type professionals. When Russ wasn't busy trying to keep Sharron off her cell phone, he was helpful. If you are reading this because you have had a death in your family, I am sorry for your loss. My God comfort you during this time. Owner of 5225 Colbert Rd. property is not for sale."

"The people running the estate sale are very rude! They say they open at 9 then they make you wait in line for two hours as a triple people in and out allowing their picker buddies to pick through all the items before you get to go in. Items were crazy overpriced!!! I will never be back to any of their shenanigans!!!!"
