My experience with Jay was that he was incredibly unorganized, and *entirely* uninterested in the outcome of the case - he did not have mine or my child's best interest in mind, and I unfortunately followed his advice, which only made my case that much more difficult for me - the advice given was awful, but I didn't know it at the time.
