"Regarding my closing day, a very bad experience! They called me the day before, I checked with them who would appear in the title, but the closing day, surprise ! They had not included my wife, all her information had been sent 1 month before and they told me there that they did not have access to the emails through their own portal through which they request the information... little professionalism."

Joanna went above and beyond in the days prior to closing to help ensure paperwork was complete and that I could close on time to meet some scheduling issues. Then at the actual closing, Diann made the signing completely stress free. She explained the process and gave clear explanations of what I was signing. I would definitely use this company again."

They don't take your calls or emails when you try to communicate with them. They don't even send receipts or keys to you after closing. "1 star.. Is actually too much! I can't believe that I have gone thru such a horrible experience with this company. I worked with other First American Title before and it had been good. But this office specifically, is absolutely HORRIBLE. The lack of communication, the lack of professionalism, the lack of everything is predominant. The fact that there was zero customer service to the buyer, zero for the agent. A drama to get figures, a drama for receipts, a drama for replying to simple questions. If you ask a question that requires a date response, a time response, and a location response... how would you feel when you get a "yes, received" response. You would wonder do I know how to write in English? Did I formulate the question the right way? You go back to the message, and yes.. You did it right. Is the recipient the one that doesn't know how to reply to an email with accurate information. Also, the lack of following simple instructions needed to satisfy the buyer's needs, and the lack of communication within the company itself. This was a very frustrating transaction for the buyers and agent. I would highly recommend not to use this company unless you want to go thru a very stressful time. And if you don't have any other choice due to the builder, then meditate before you attempt to reach out to them. Good luck! That's all I can say unfortunately."
