"President of NCA, David Ierulli contracted a team of property claims adjusters, including myself to handle Hurricane IAN and Nicole claims. Binding contract payment terms were the 1st and 15th of the month. NCA initially paid later than agreed terms and ultimately decided not to pay at all. No response to phone calls, emails, and continued false promises to issue payment. I am owed 30 days of handling claims. Unfortunately, the insurance carrier we handled the claims for does not want to get involved, although we continued to handle their claims, knowingly that NCA was not paying us. Have exhausted attempts to reach someone at NCA, therefore, proceeding with the DOI to see what avenues to proceed to get paid for the work done on behalf of NCA for Frontline Insurance."
