"I am absolutely discuss with the service in my 20 years experience never see anything like that! Never available, you can't get hold of any life person to talk to. You can't come to the office and sign the documents, only by mail. You have to look for your own attorney or notary and witnesses, absolutely ridiculous! neither me or my seller received the email. They did not bother to follow up 10 days later and let us know that they sent it. When I asked if my seller can sign at the office because she’s new to town and don’t speak much of the English his answer was "If she is unable to follow or understand the instructions provided, please let my office and the buyer’s agent know and we will circulate a Cancellation of Contract. " I will NEVER use this service, Even if I have to lose the deal! my health is more important to me!"

"Horrible. Nearly impossible to get ahold of when a problem arises. I’ve been emailing Ryan for months, and he completely ignores them. It’s totally unacceptable to treat customers like this. I’m about to submit a formal complaint to the Florida Bar Association because no practicing attorney should be avoiding their own customers when an issue arises with the contract. It just feels super shady that he would ignore a customers emails for months. Stay away. I would never recommend buying a Snyder home or closing with Snyder Law. My experience has been absolutely horrible. At a minimum, after you close on the new house hire a home inspector and another attorney to make sure you are protected. Be very carful dealing with Snyder Law group and Snyder Homes."
