"I called Mr. Hachey's office to set up an appointment to discuss the ins and outs of an agency agreement. Mr. Hachey set up a telephone conference instead of an in-office meeting. I was on the phone with him for 15 minutes and he explained in easy-to-understand language why I didn't need to pursue an agency agreement to buy a vacant lot in Inverness. I will take his advice and take a different approach to buying the property. I offered to pay for the legal advice but Mr. Hachey refused, saying the call was short. I own several rental properties and have bought and sold dozens of properties in Tampa Bay since 1987. Next time I need advice on a real estate transaction, my first call will be to the office of Stephen K. Hachey."
