"In my experience, Hines communication/customer service with me was poor. I asked “Can we speak verbally at their convenience?” This is the reply-verbatim: “At this point, I do think it’s important to have a written record of our discussions to notate our file appropriately. I do not have any additional information or insight other than what the Court provided to us, which I’ve sent to you directly. I can understand the frustration you may have about this matter, but we cannot proceed without the name, address, and relationship of the new proposed guardian of the property for your son. This does not affect anything related to custody of your son – this is strictly about the guardianship of the property.” My point is, that was a professional way of pretty much saying “NO” and/or brushing off the question I politely asked which was “Can we speak verbally at your convenience?” (read between the lines). Records of every conversation can be documented, even the verbal conversations. All in all, they did business with me as if I were a business or a system, and not a person or a human. Especially being that law is such an intricate field, you’d think that a law firm would and should go the extra mile to ensure that their clients understands the process to the best of their ability. If Hines were a grocery store they’d be Walmart (low value-roll back prices). I prefer Publix (High Value Customer Service). Logically Speaking, no personal relationship so emotion didn’t play a role in my experience and/or review."
