"The Seward Law team did a fantastic job representing us. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and always did what they said they were going to do. I highly recommend using their services."
"I had hired Seward to handle an issue with my condo complex’s property management. After 5 months of very very slow correspondence from this office I get an email to schedule a call with the attorney. I think the call is to give me an update about my case. No the call was to ask me for an update. This attorney did not know what she was talking about at the beginning of the call and then continued to say things during the call that did not make sense to me and my claim. In the last 2 minutes of my $300.00, 15 minute call the attorney accused me of being rude, snarky, disruptive, and argumentative and to call again when I was not being this way, (another $300.00). The 15 minute call ended with her hanging up. That was followed up with an email saying now in writing that I was rude, snarky, disruptive, and argumentative and they would be dropping my case. Now keeping, after this $300.00 call, $700.00 in unused prepaid, non refundable money. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS ATTORNEY FOR LITIGATION! She has no idea what she is doing and staff is very slow to respond to emails."
"I had an extremely disappointing experience with this attorney. I engaged their services with high hopes, but unfortunately, it turned into a complete nightmare. First and foremost, there were significant issues with transparency regarding fees. I was advised to settle my case, which ultimately left me with a settlement that didn't even cover half of the attorney fees. To make matters worse, I was billed for the attorney fees after the settlement, which I wasn't informed of in advance. If I had known, I would have pursued a different course of action, potentially going in front of a judge to ensure my legal expenses were covered. It was also shocking to discover that the company we were suing had a clause limiting their contribution to just $500 in attorney fees. If the attorney's staff had done their due diligence and informed me of this before taking my case, I would have never proceeded with the lawsuit. Another major issue was the disorganization within the office. They consistently failed to keep me updated on the progress of my case, and I had to initiate follow-ups repeatedly. At one point, I didn't hear anything from them for an astounding three months, which is completely unacceptable when dealing with legal matters of any kind. In conclusion, I strongly advise against hiring this attorney and their office. They lack competence, organization, and, most importantly, the dedication to look out for their clients' best interests. If you are in need of legal representation, there are undoubtedly more capable and client-focused options available. Save yourself the trouble and frustration, and look elsewhere for legal assistance."
"I had the pleasure of speaking with Alicia Seward for consultation of a lease issue in which I was the tenant negotiating with a Community (apartment) Management team and their lawyers. I found her to be professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable. We were able to resolve my concerns in one call, and she also gave me some advice on how to protect my best interests. Many lawyers I saw advertised that they only represent landlords, I will lucky to find one that did not discriminate. Highly recommended *****"
