"I would, without question recommend Gans Law to everyone. I am a professional driver of 30 years. I've driven through 44 of the lower 48 states and have never been issued a ticket for a moving violation. In July of 2023 I had another driver road rage against me and caused an incident. The trooper ticketed, in my opinion the wrong driver, me and I was issued a citation for improper lane change. If convicted I would get points on my license and subsequently lose my job.
