"Her assistant was very nice, but don't go past her to Ms. Silva. Might as well throw your thousands (because that's what it will cost you) out the window. She never had me take the online parenting class, which should have been done immediately. She interviewed my children, which cost me $275, and when they said they wanted to keep the visitation at one afternoon a week, she laughed at them. They were 14 and 17, and they did not want to be spending any nights with him. He had been abusive for four years. When I finally went to the court house to do the paperwork to get him thrown out, he had been abusing me for years, and she hadn't done anything. If a friend who came as a witness to the trail, hadn't come, I'm sure we would have lost. She was so nervous, and she has been an attorney for over 20 years.
