Any time I’m seeking a recommendation to switch things up, they give me a great option and I’m always pleased with it! I recently had gotten one defective product (out of the many I’ve gotten from here) and they swapped it out with no issues! I can definitely defend the shop in the bad review someone left, as I’m sure they were friendly and doing their best to rectify the misunderstanding with the customer. They will absolutely go out of their way to be kind and helpful. But I’m sure their video/ audio can prove that regardless. "Bought a large Diesel piece from them a few years ago. Came in to get a matching rig. Decent selection of American made glass. They carry some local brands and have a selection of headies in their own section. They were running 20% off all the Diesel glass, and ended up walking out very satisfied. Forgot the associates' name, but he was very helpful. He let me take my time, filled a few up with water, and didn't pressure the sale. One of the few smoke shops in the area that still sells American glass."
