"Came by to stop and get something to drink and grab a snack around 5:00 today on 02/16. One of the women working there kicked us out of the store and told us they’re closing because she was working by herself. So much for the customer being first."

"Overall the girls in there are so nice. I’m a regular and know what I need automatically. The store manager is very nice. He always makes time for his customers. The GM of that store is another story. Rude, nasty and disrespectful. Does not take complaints seriously. The hiring process is based on your age and color by the “Talent Recruitment “ for that area. There’s been a formal complaint filed with the department of ethics at Corporate. Who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about this matter. She suggestion to management: periodically review your store’s video and see what’s happening."

"I am 57 and have a disability, due to a neck injury. My husband is 58. After the hurricane ended, and it was safe to go on the roads, we went to visit our daughter and granddaughter. We stopped in at this racetrack to pick up some snacks. When my husband tried to pay for the snacks and wine, we were told that his id was not sufficient. I needed to produce my ID, since I touched the wine. I did not have my ID with me. My husband tried to get another thing of wine and pay for it, but was refused. We left this location, and will not stop at another race track again. I called corporate, and they said it was their policy to make everyone show id when alcohol is bought. I will not be harassed. I will go across the street to 7-11 from now on."
