"Update: July 30 Something seems off. I have given these to friends and they are reporting that this new batch is not the same. I’m talking about gummy’s. I’m disappointed, 2023 First time I went to this beautiful shop, I met a young man who knew just about everything, and he educated me pretty much. He told me it was a family operation. And Answered lots of questions. He made me feel confident, so I tried different things. I haven’t seen him again, and I never met the owner. Despite that, I have been back often and continue to buy the same items, but I won’t experiment, as I don’t buy without information, I recommended the shop to many. In fact, a friend of mine came here from Orlando and another from Tampa. This is a very well stocked store. But there’s a lot of product lines. If you need information and best shopping experience come any day but Thursday, (I was there a couple of months back I think three? And I had a lot of questions, but the fella and said he was new But same thing happened today He also overcharged accidentally for two items. I do recommend the store and the delta products that I have so far purchased."

"A few months ago we were buying gummy’s and we were impressed considering they are over the counter. Also, ”shorties “( little joints.), and we have sent many people there. Sadly, the quality does not seem to be there.this week we spent $100 and Something has changed because all of us have noticed it. "I bought a Lost Mary disposable vape Wednesday night about 15 minutes before closing.They always have you open the package before leaving the store to make sure it's functioning properly but after I got home and had a couple of puffs the unit indicator flashed blue meaning it required a charge , so I charged it and tried vaping it again but the taste was different it tasted burnt. I called the Shop on Friday and told the guy about my issues with the disposable and his reply was that I had the vape 4 days and there was no way I could get an exchange or return for refund but a discount if I purchased a new one.Unacceptable the product is defective either exchange it or refund the customer their monies.Lost my business."

"One of the last true vape shops around. They have an impressive selection of hardware and liquids as well as a good assortment of other cool stuff. I am so glad they are still open, the owners are super nice people. I can't say enough good about this shop, it's fantastic."

"Went in and asked for help after being treated badly by another company. They promised that would never happen at their store. Got my products and promise d a discount whenever I came back. 2 months later went back in and wanted the exact same thing but different person was working. I was told something else was better and I said color was off on product. Said I would wait he had me try it on my finger and I said no it is not. He said bad batch or wrong package and I said no to strong. Got home after he offered a discount and assured me I had what I came for. I got home and it was all not easy to use or even right strength. It was the same one he had first shown me and he said was "off or ... wrong." I called back and first was put off then actually told ... wasn't me! So I can't use these and wasted money. Check everything before you leave... better yet, there are other very good stores that you can get same or better products at with good customer service and who will stand behind there products and throw in good customer service also. Can not recommend this store to you."
