I hustled through traffic after work to check out your shop and do some Christmas shopping, only to get there at 5:36 and find that you now close at 5:00. From what I saw online and the recommendation that sent me your way initially, I was excited to shop in your store. Getting there and finding you closed after a PITA drive in rush hour only to find you closed probably cost you a couple hundred dollars in sales today!"

"I went in here for my first time today and was repulsed. I'm a friendly guy, I introduced myself to the lady in the store when I came in and said I was just stopping by because I'd never been in. I asked, "Are you the owner?" She replied suspiciously with- "Why?". "Hmm- I was just wondering". I told her that I started up a cigar enthusiasts group and was interested in bringing some business to her store. She declined to allow the small group in for "personal reasons", which seemed odd. Then I looked to the back of the store and saw what looked like could've been another lounge area. I was curious so I asked "What's back there?" she responded "Why?"...I mean who did she think I was, the building inspector? That's when I should have left but instead I browsed their selection as she stood behind me holding her dog and glaring. She did ask me "What do you do?" maybe she thought I was the IRS or maybe a shop lifter that was going to stuff cigars down his Tom Ford dress slacks. Worst cigar store experience thus far...I wonder who else was driven away by her actions."
