"My husband and I buy our vapes from here all the time bc the customer service is great, the staff is knowledgeable and the prices are better than others around. I bought my most recent vape and after 2 weeks it stopped charging. I went in to ask for advice on what they thought could have caused this and after speaking with the gentleman and him trying to charge it himself we couldn't figure it out. He asked me what I planned to do and I said I was going to wait until payday and buy another device. I was ready to leave when the gentleman offered to give me a whole new device at no charge!!! In no way did I expect any sort of refund or exchange I simply wanted advice from them since they have more knowledge than I do. This was so unexpected and absolutely amazing of him to do!! If anyone is looking for a good vape shop this is the place for you!! The staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are amazing!!! Do not go anywhere else for you vaping needs!! We will forever be life long customers!"
