"If given my choice it would not have even been a 1 Star review. I do not recommend this law firm. They left a bad taste in my mouth and an empty wallet. While trying to complete the paperwork that I was given, I attempt to speak with Mr. Moreland for advice on an issue that came up and needed to ask him some questions. His assistant (who is very rude) refused to let me speak with him nor did he at any time return my calls. When asked how am I to talk to my attorney she said,"Mr. Moreland does not speak to clients nor does he have an email address. Just send the email to my email address and I'll make sure he gets it." After sending 2 request and a angry letter requesting my full refund, I received a letter stating they were holding back $700 for payment because they "opened a file" on me. Funny thing was every time I called his assistant would tell me just complete the paperwork and turn it in. Come to find out had I turned the paperwork in Mr. Moreland would have taken even more of my money for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for me. I never was able to speak with my so-called attorney, never received any counseling yet he still was paid. Something is not right with this law firm. Don't trust them unless you have money to give away and expect to be ignored. Feeling broke and dissatisfied."
