"If you have a workers comp case RUN they will promise you the world just to get you signed up with them. Took me 14 YEARS , yes YEARS to settle my case. BEFORE I agreed to the settlement I asked " if everything was paid in full before I agreed to the settlement and THEY said YES " they called me a week later to tell me that THEY made a mistake and needed to give me less money, and all hell broke loose my response was absolutely not, I however did get what I had agreed to but many months later. I had two surgeries and loads of physical therapy and went to hell and back . I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone... Go with Morgan and Morgan they won't screw you over..."

"I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Tony Viera represented me at my social security disability hearing recently after I had a hard time finding someone to take my case.
