"I sued my trustee/ mother to compel documents to the trust I'm listed on as beneficiary. My trustee hired Eugene Beil to represent her and the trust to oppose me, which is a gross conflict of interest. He should have worked to have the trust settled correctly as outlined in uniform trust code. Instead he filed and helped my trustee get a restraining order against me, the trust beneficiary for cyber stalking over my sending said trustee a certified letter containing a cure notice to produce trust documents I should have received in 1999 when the trust was created. He then conspired with the judge to try to block my lawsuit. He then withdrew citing an undisclosed "ethical conflict". I'm a totally disabled person that's been homeless on the streets for over five years now. I'll be filing a bar complaint as soon as I am able."
