"Was gonna buy a lighter and water pipe they wouldn’t let me check the lighter and didn’t do returns. I have never seen a place not check there product at time of sale and for $40 I prefer to test it for that price. I didn’t even bother to get the lighter or the pipe. In my opinion not testing at time of sale is shady business, I won’t be back."
