"I realize many RaceTrak in Bay Area have issues with people using the restroom or not spending any $$$ the treatment is giving unprofessionalism also this morning I notice a Hispanic and Caucasian women staring at the cameras and once I approach they sent two of their employees to occupy the space which petty and selfish keep in my Racetrack employee you just work to get a check at the end of the day you do not own the company! I am just saying let’s be better with generosity and good heart because it does not pay you to be this way and not only that it will not get you very far in life on how you treat your guest whether a regularly customer or not also whether RaceTrak is profiting or not…"

"This location is up and down i come here often and there will be spills on the self check out that has sat for so long it was covered in ants which quickly made me put all the hot food product I had in my hands back down when I told the rep he said he hasn’t gotten to it yet. Which I understood because he was on the register but their was one of person right behind me putting things on the shelves and others behind the counter. Where was the teamwork to get that cleaned up in a timely fashion!"

"Terrible service. A lady: cashier was extremely rude. For my lottery tickets she told me that she doesn’t have any cash, more over he asked me question- 5 times , like I don’t understand her. Typical Karen! I taking you should teach your workers how to deal nicely with your customers. I’ll forward this massage to the supervisors- unprofessional employees destroying business.
