"Never got my order. I tried to be proactive with JR Cigars and sent them all my details about an order that I am having. It took JR CIGARS more than 3 days to send me a generic email to call HQ because they could not find my order. I called and they can't find my package. USPS also lost my package as well. Spoke with a lady named Louis and she says that do not do refunds and it takes up to 14 days for a store credit. Cigar may be good, but this place sucks in fixing an issue with your orders Update: I never got my order nor have I heard back from the company or Louis. JRD"

"This is a tough one. I ordered $200 worth of cigars and got a promo bundle of Rosa Cruz cigars. Worst cigar I ever tried to smoke. Spitting out the excess far outweighed any enjoyment I could expect. Called JR and was told "since this is a promo bundle, all we can do is waive any shipping on an order if you'll place it with us on this call.". What??? All cigar companies offer promo cigars for free when you spend the kind of money I spend. Until now, I did not know that when JR sub par freebies are offered up, there is no recourse for folks like me .... maybe replacing them with another brand bundle? So what JR is saying is, " Hey you got something for free, why are you complaining?". Well, because other cigar companies do not promote garbage as a reward for spending $200 or $300 on good cigars. So why would I continue to buy from JR? I will not. You should not either. This is probably the only and worst experience I've had with JR. Sorry guys, there are other competing customer appreciative cigar companies out there. It's your fault I'm looking.... a 5-6 year customer on the prowl..."

"Had a nice time here as a first time visitor. Kevin was nice and friendly. They had some decent sales and prices asking with a full liquor bar. All of the patrons seemed friendly as well. The bartender wasn't totally sure on how to make my drink, but she looked it up so no biggie."
