"We will not be buying anything else from this place. The first time, my husband bought a 2 pack of pods only to discover it only had 1 in the box when he got home. We decided to give them another chance since we still had 2 devices and only one new pod. We told the lady working today what happened. We wanted to check the box to make sure it had 2 pods. She just said they don't sell them individually, so there is no way there was only one, basically called us liars. We weren't looking for a refund, but we just wanted to make sure we got what we payed for this time. She didn't even apologize for us not getting what we paid for the first time. It is unfortunate because they have what we need but we will spend our money elsewhere, sad because we were referred there."

My experience in this store and the one in Spring Hill has been excellent. Both locations are very knowledgeable an extremely helpful. What impressed me is thier mission to help you, not thier bottom line. Highly recommend them! I hope they open more locations. We definitely need more caring businesses like this."

"Great local vape shop, they also have 2 other locations in Inverness and Spring Hill. Went in today and got buy one get one half off name brand juice and the exact coils I needed for my tank. Love the customer rewards program! The gentleman there was very nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely be making this store my main local vape store, will have to check out the other locations soon!
