"This has to be the worst kind of person even beyond being a horrible person to hire. Literally my first zoom meeting with him he put me on hold for 30mins to talk to a lender because he was buying a new home And that wasn’t the only time he done that. Overall it boils down to he did not represent me,he collected over $5000 would not listen to me didn’t get so called evidence that was going to be presented against me until the night before court and some that wife’s lawyer didn’t even fill the need file until after the temporary hearing. Now that that he’s charged me almost another $3000 and won’t let me have the evidence until I pay him. Every time he asked me for evidence for defending himself I always respond with defensive against what? I don’t know what I’m defending myself because I haven’t done anything. Turns out the very things I sent him. Was a great response to hers but I was told that the judge doesn’t like that. So at last minute going to court with nothing. He treated me like I was a lier and was more interested in collecting the money than helping me Doesn’t see the things that are not what he wants to see."

"BEWARE! I hired this lawyer to help with a custody battle and thru the initial evaluation he sounded real promising in the fact that it would be a easy case. Long story short I ended up paying him 4800 dollars to come to the same agreement I already had established with the mother. I could never reach mccauley when needed. He also started asking for more money before he finished what I originally paid him for. I ended up firing him in the middle of my case. You are better off representing yourself than using this lawyer. Save your money and your time."
