"Matt I hired back in June 2019. Matt was so willing with work with me for my divorce given my Financial situation and I have no income. Matt had assured me that he would do as he said. Somethings came up and I had to cancel mediation. I had a conversation in Jan 2020 about the next steps and April 2020. I do not work and we had spoke about filing for my soon to be ex husband to pay for lawyer fees. As time went on all these thing Matt had said he would file for I found out he never did. I found this out after having to speak with another attorney. I then reached out to Matt about this and had decided to end the relationship as client and attorney. Michele the paralegal had tried to tell me I owed a significant amount of money when I terminated the relationship. Then when Matt finally got in contact with me he said I owed nothing. Michelle has on a number of occasions did not contact me when she claimed she did. Then Matt tried to say that they gave me a credit of 1500 when I payed them well over 2000 dollars. He did not file anything he promised. After this I sent my termination letter to the wrong email and the filed a motion for termination of the relationship that I requested and Michelle tried to say she reached out to me by phone and email when she never did. I re sent it that day and now they want to charge me for them filing what I asked for. Stay away from Matt Ausley and good legal services. They will Not do as they promised and leave you in a stressful situation like myself."
