"I came to this staples about 1 year ago looking for a brother toner. The place was creapy, looked like they were about to close down. No one talks to you or asks if you need help. The shelves were semi empty or things were locked up. They did not have the toner i needed so i left, now im looking for a computer cable and will have to go elsewhere. I miss good costumer service, times have changed too much."

"I am sorry to give bad review. I came from Dallas were everybody got a great customer service. I was talking to my friends and family why we have to buy everything on BestBuy, this store got the same items, and it is near. I went today and when I was about to pay the guy did not even say good morning to me, but he said good morning to others. I asked a question about my card and the guy helped me, but he never responded. I said thank you and he did not say anything. I was thinking before this store is so empty is going to close. I thought it was because of the items, but it is because of the customer service. Do you really want to see another company to close in this country? I please tell you to take actions with the people who work here they need to change their attitude and treat everybody the same way or it is going to happen; your company is going to close."

"I was at this location to have some cards printings on my new company. I was the third in line and the employee didn't finish my request due to lack of more personnel! he was getting crazy taking care of many customers at the same time that he totally forgot about me, and guess what happen? The whole work was delete cua he didn' t save it, so that been said, this Staples at 7500 Commercial Blvd is a damn nightmare place, I wont recommended to go to it cus there are a bunch of idiots working there!!"

"This store has the worst customer service. Lines of people and the guys in Printing are useless. One walked around moping, ignoring people who needed help and acted like we were bothering him - poor attitude and needs training in good customer service. It's your job after all, so if customer service isn't your thing then you're in the wrong field. This was yesterday around noon. When I asked him if he could help with something he was very dismissive. The question was related to printing. Oh and asked a young lady a question about printing, said they don't change specs on the printer and that I should try Office Depot. I said 'Oh your competition' and she realized what she said but still didn't realize the gravity of telling a customer to try another competitor. The Print folks also seem to be lacking knowledge and are not eager to help customers except for one short guy wearing a mask...he was helpful but still not very knowledgeable but at least he called his Supervisor on the phone to ask. I can appreciate that. Unfortunately I had to go to this Staples as the others are too far away. Complete waste of time and lack professionalism."

"Came in to print one page, and copy a receipt (two-parts). Back in the day printers required coins to be inserted to be used. These days credit/debit card can be utilized prior to the print/service job. It cost .25 cents per page, therefore .75 cents in total. It was really busy when I went. Recommend this location for anyone in the area."
