"Geek squad not very helpful for hardware issues. They have to mail equipment to be repaired. Better to use a local repair guy. In all fairness, they didn't charge me anything since they didn't fix anything."

"We went to this Best Buy because it was opened at 9:30 in the morning and the Pembroke Pines store wasn't. I needed headphones, we looked at several brands but weren't sure which one to choose. A very friendly employee helped us out and showed us the brand that he thought was best. The brand he chose was the same brand my husband had suggested but I was leary because that brand wasn't on display. And it turned out that these headphones were on sale! I used them today while hiking and I absolutely love them. I would give a shout out to the employee but sadly he wasn't wearing a name tag. Thanks Best Buy!"

"I do not recommend this store because I went to buy a computer for my son and the people at the store recommend me that I apply for the line of credit for a promotion that was supposedly going on and if I paid the full amount in less than 30 days they would give me a cash reward of $10 for every $100 spent, so I did it. They told me that after 30 days and after I had paid in full for the computer, the reward would be reflected in my Best Buy account. I must say that I never received the physical card even though that same day they sold me the computer with the line of credit. And much less did I receive the reward. I came to the store today and talked to the manager the named “Kirk” to ask for help and he was rude and didn't want to help me at all. I will never spend my money in these stores again."

"I am giving this store 5 stars ONLY because of this one associate name Christian. I purchased something a day ago, and the associate sold me something that was incorrect. She did not know what she was doing. Went back today and met Christian. He was unbelievable, helpful, kind and had so much information. What a great guy, and employee. I hope Best Buy takes care of him. He should get a raise!! He went over and above. He is amazing."

"Made an appointment via Apple's website to get my iPhone 8 Plus battery to be serviced/replaced here. The confirmation email and info, everything, was sent to me prior to the appointment of course. When I got there I let one of the Geek Squad members know the purpose of my visit, and he said they don't service iPhones older than iPhone X (the 10). Given mine was an iPhone 8 Plus, it was not possible, and he said to go to Apple directly. Apple had the wrong info on their appointment-booking page. Was able to drop off a TV box and two remotes to be recycled, however they no longer take of recycling/disposing of batteries and portables batteries. One of the employees told me Target does that, so went to Target at Sawgrass Mills afterward. There were a lot more employees working than customers being there."
